Does water actually wash the fat and calories out of your body?

Pardon me for asking such a silly question but I really don't know.Does water actually wash the fat and calories out of your body?
a high water intake does not flush fat or calories from the body. when the body is dehydrated metabolic function is decreased and fatty acids can not be metabolized by skeletal muscle efficiently. by keeping the body well hydrated muscle cells operate more efficiently. when the body is at rest free fatty acids are the primary energy source used by the muscles. this is how the water intake effects fat lossDoes water actually wash the fat and calories out of your body?
Yes water will flush fat and other impurities from the body. I am not sure if it flushes calories but I do know the if you drink water 15 minutes before eating it will reduce the amount of food you eat. This website will help you understand all about water.

The kidneys need sufficient water to function properly, and when they are water deprived, the liver is overworked. One of the functions of the liver is to metabolize stored fat into energy, and cannot perform efficiently when compensating for the kidneys. The liver then metabolizes less fat which remains stored in the body. Studies have shown that a decrease in water intake will cause fat deposits to increase, while an increase in water intake can actually reduce fat deposits.
Filling your body with water flushes out other things you've eaten... as do most fluids... that's why the doctors say to drink lots of fluids if you accidentally overdose, or drink/eat something poisonous.

By drinking water, you gain water weight, so no you won't wash fat %26amp; calories out of your body.

People say drinking water helps you lose weight because if you drink water you feel fuller, and eat less. So drink water before every meal :]

Also, nothing can safely wash fat away. Medicines do it, for weight lose, and they're only save for obese people who need to take it to reduce risks of diabetes, heart failure, etc.

PS - Water weight will stay longer if you have more sodium. It soaks up the water.
