You have to either have a permit to discharge the water or a permit from the local authority to put it down their drain. Each state will handle this a bit differently and each locality may have rules. Contact the EPA in your state.
The second guy is right. Last thing you want is an inspector from the Ministry of the Environment shutting you down.


Last thing you want to do with that water is to put it in the storm drains. At the very least, it should go to sewage.
